After being with the same dental practice for the past 14 years, I recently felt the level of service wasn’t what it used to be, so I decided to try Carmarthen Dental Centre. I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The practice itself was spotlessly clean, modern and had a lovely atmosphere.
My appointment was with Gwen, assisted by Abbie. I was quite nervous, but Gwen quickly put me at ease. She carried out a thorough examination of my teeth and gums, took X-rays, and then took the time to explain the findings clearly, along with a treatment plan going forward. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how informative and reassuring she was.
After today’s experience, I’ve made the decision to leave my previous practice and register with Carmarthen Dental Centre. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and caring dental practice.
Despite my nerves, everything was dealt with in a calm manner and assured that I got the treatment necessary with the minimum of fuss. Thank you.
